Regulations for Issuance of License of Specific Purpose Cosmetics Article 14

The central competent authority shall notify the applicant the result of the application stipulated under Article 4 and 5. The applicant, within three months after the arrival date of the notice, shall provide electronic files of approved labels, leaflets, and packaging, and pay the fee to the central competent authority to obtain the license.
