Regulations Governing Accreditation and Outsourced Accreditation Management of Food Testing Institutions Article 17
The severe circumstances prescribed in Article 48-1 of the Act on situations enumerated in Paragraph 2 of the same Article refer to one of the following:1. Violation of the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article 14 of no evading, obstructing, or refusing.2. False information contained in test statistics, test reports or other documents and information submitted.3. Other violations of the provisions of this set of regulations causing the central competent authority to deem the testing institution unsuitable for test administration.

本法第四十八條之一所稱有同條第二款情形而情節重大者，指下列各款情事之一：
一、違反第十四條第三項不得規避、妨礙或拒絕之規定。
