Regulations on Good Hygiene Practice for Food Article 2
These Regulations shall apply to food business operators as defined in Subparagraph 7, Article 3 of the Act.For food businesses that have established food factories, the construction, facilities, and equipment of such factories shall comply not only with the provisions of these Regulations but also with the Establishment Standards of Construction and Equipment of a Food Factory.
