Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation Article 39
Where food business operators object to the analysis results, they may apply for a retesting from the original sampling agency (institution) within fifteen (15) days upon the receipt of the relevant notification. The agency (institution) receiving the application shall perform the retesting within three (3) days. However, specimen that is without appropriate methods of preservation may be rejected.

食品業者對於檢驗結果有異議時，得自收受通知之日起十五日內，向原抽驗之機關（構）申請複驗；受理機關（構）應於三日內進行複驗。
