Regulations for the Patent Linkage of Drugs Article 14
When the Central Competent Health Authority, in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 48-15 of the Act, notifies the applicant for a generic drug permit license, a written notification shall be formally sent.The content of the notification in the preceding Paragraph is as follows:1. The number of the application and the name, dosage form, and dose of the drugs.2. The date when all the documents required for an application of a drug permit license have been duly prepared.3. Eligibility for permits.

中央衛生主管機關依本法第四十八條之十五第一項規定通知學名藥藥品許可證申請人時，應以書面函送之方式為之。
前項通知之內容如下：
一、申請案號及其藥品名稱、劑型與劑量。
二、申請資料齊備日之日期。
三、發證條件。
