Regulations for the Security and the Maintenance of Personal Information Files in Wholesaling and Retailing Western Pharmaceuticals Article 18
The preservation measures of use records, log files, and relevant evidence established by western pharmaceutical wholesalers or retailers in Article 4, Subparagraph 7 shall include the following matters:I. Retention of personal information use records.II. Retention of log files of automated machines or other relevant evidence.
