Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 65

The cosmetics manufacturer may appoint these items, including manufacture, packaging, analysis, pest control, cleaning and sanitizing of the premises, and maintenance of the equipment and premises and other related items, to agencies, natural persons, schools, institutions, judicial persons or groups.The contracting mentioned in the preceding paragraph which means the contract giver shall establish a written contract or agreement with the contract acceptor to indicate the objectives, obligations, responsibilities and contract performance management in the written documents, in order to ensure the products being made or the service being provided can meet the requirements from the cosmetics manufacturer.The contract acceptor shall retain or provide all the information related the contract of the preceding paragraph to the contract giver.
