Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 35
The raw materials and packaging materials identification and status in the cosmetics manufacturing premises shall be regulated as follow:1. Shall be labelled in order to identify the material and batch information.2. The raw materials and packaging materials shows defects that may affect the product quality shall be suspended hold for further decision.3. The raw materials and packaging materials shall be identified and separated according to its status, such as accepted, rejected or quarantined. Those can be identified by using physical system of identification or others methods that can ensure the same level of identification.The identification of the raw materials and packaging materials mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall include the following information:1. Name of the product indicated on the delivery note.2. Name of the products given by the company. If different from the name or code number given by the supplier, shall be indicated clearly.3. Batch reference provided by the supplier and the one given at the receipt shall all be presented if there is any difference.4. Name of the supplier.5. Date and number of the receipt, if necessary.

化粧品製造場所內原料及包裝材料之識別與狀態，應遵守下列規定：
一、給予識別品項及批次資訊之標示。
二、暫停使用有影響產品品質之虞者，並待處置決定。
三、依其允收、拒收或隔離等情形，以實體系統或其他可確保識別狀態之適當方式予以識別。
前項識別標示之內容，應包括下列資訊：
一、交貨通知單記載之產品名稱。
二、業者就原料或包裝材料所訂之名稱或代碼與供應商所訂者不同之情形。
三、供應商提供之批次參考資訊與收據所示資料不同之情形。
四、供應商名稱。
五、必要時，收據日期或號碼。
