Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 10
The location, design, construction, and use of the cosmetics manufacturing premises shall be regulated as follows:1. To make sure the produces are protected.2. May enforce effective cleaning. Sanitizing and maintenance shall be enforced when necessary.3. To minimize the risk and control of mix-up of products, raw materials, and packaging materials.The design of the premises mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall consider the type of the cosmetic product produced, existing condition, cleaning, sanitizing, and other necessary measures.

化粧品製造場所廠房設施之位置擇定、設計、建造及利用，應遵守下列事項：
一、確認產品受到保護。
二、得執行有效之清潔，必要時，予以消毒及保養維護。
三、控制產品、原料及包裝材料混雜之風險至最低。
前項廠房之設計，應考量所生產之化粧品類型、廠房現狀、清潔、消毒及其他必要措施。
