Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations Article 1
These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Paragraph 4, Article 8 of the Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act).These regulations are formulated in reference to the ISO 22716: Cosmetics-Good manufacturing practices (GMP)-Guidelines on good manufacturing practices issued by International Organization Standardization.

本準則依化粧品衛生安全管理法（以下簡稱本法）第八條第四項規定訂定之。
