If cosmetics notification information or originally approved information is amended, and the original information labeled is inconsistent with amended information, the cosmetics with original labels manufactured or imported before the amendment date are allowed for sale within the product expiration date.If the renewal application for the license of specific purpose cosmetics or cosmetics product notification is not filed or renewal is not granted, the cosmetics manufactured or imported before the due date of the license or notification are allowed for sale within the product expiration date.

化粧品之登錄事項變更或原核准事項經核准變更者，其原標示事項與變更後標示事項不符時，於變更日前已製造或輸入之化粧品，得於原標示之保存期限內繼續販賣。
特定用途化粧品許可證、化粧品產品登錄未申請展延或不准展延者，於許可證或登錄到期日前已製造或輸入之化粧品，得於原標示之保存期限內繼續販賣。
