Regulations Governing Notification of Cosmetic Products Article 6
Data notification shall be made separately for different data provided for each Sub-paragraph of Paragraph 1 of Article 4, except for the followings:1. Multiple product names carrying same component formula, dosage and usage.2. Same series products carrying same dosage and usage with only difference in pigments or spices and/or essence of component formula.3. Combination products referring to those products including more than two cosmetics products which are not able to be supplied, sold, gave away, public display, or offered consumer trial.

第四條第一項各款所載登錄事項不同者，應分別辦理登錄。
但有下列情形之一者，得免分別登錄：
一、多筆產品名稱為相同成分配方、劑型及用途。
二、同系列產品為相同劑型及用途，僅成分配方之色素或香精香料不同。
三、組合式產品為二以上化粧品，未能單獨供應、販賣、贈送、公開陳列或提供消費者試用。
但有下列情形之一者，得免分別登錄：
