Sanitation Standards for General Foods Article 8

For infant formula, follow-up infant formula, infant formula for special medical purposes, and cereal-based food for infants under 12 months of age, the residual pesticide content shall not exceed 0.01 ppm, where if the limit of quantitation of specific pesticide testing is greater than or less than 0.01 ppm, the limit of quantitation shall be adopted.Violations of this Article shall be sanctioned in accordance with violation Subparagraphs 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of this Act.
