Water for food production:1. Water used for producing edible ice cubes, beverages, bottled and packaged drinking water shall comply with the “Drinking Water Quality Standards” established by the competent environmental authority.2. The bromate content in bottled and packaged drinking water shall not exceed 0.01 mg/L.

食品用水之規定：
一、食用冰塊、飲料、包裝飲用水及盛裝飲用水之原料水，應符合環境主管機關所訂「飲用水水質標準」之規定。
二、包裝飲用水及盛裝飲用水之溴酸鹽含量應為0.01mg/L以下。
