These Regulations shall be enforced as of January 15, 2020.The amendment to Article 2 herein, which was promulgated on June 17, 2020, shall be enforced as of June 17, 2020; Article 2 which was promulgated on October 19, 2021, shall be enforced of May 11, 2021.
