Chinese:: 嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例第15條

Individuals who violate the isolation measures prescribed by a competent health authority of any level in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 48 of the Communicable Disease Control Act shall be imposed with a fine of no less than NT$200,000 and no more than NT$1 million.Individuals who violate the quarantine measures specified by a competent health authority of any level in accordance with Subparagraph 4, Paragraph 1, Article 58 of the Communicable Disease Control Act shall be imposed with a fine of no less than NT$100,000 and no more than NT$1 million.

中文原文嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例第15條

違反各級衛生主管機關依傳染病防治法第四十八條第一項規定所為之隔離措施者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰。
違反各級衛生主管機關依傳染病防治法第五十八條第一項第四款規定所為之檢疫措施者，處新臺幣十萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰。
