Regulations Governing Inspection and Implementation of Infection Control Measures in Medical Care Institutions Article 13
Medical care institutions shall formulate plans for the education and training of staff members on infection control. They shall also regularly conduct training, education and technical guidance to prevent employees from getting infection while at work.Subjects of the afore-mentioned training and education shall include all members in the institutions on duty.

醫療機構應訂有員工感染管制之教育訓練計畫，定期並持續辦理防範機構內工作人員感染之教育訓練及技術輔導。
