Regulations Governing Reporting by Medical Personnel upon Detection of HIV Infections Article 2
Persons that shall be reported in accordance with this set of Regulations are as follows:1. Persons who are infected with HIV but have not developed AIDS (hereafter referred to as asymptomatic case);2. AIDS patients who are confirmed with HIV infection (hereafter referred to as “AIDS patients”);3. Children under the age of 18 months who are suspected of being infected with HIV (hereafter referred to as “young children suspected of infection”);4. Pregnant/postpartum women suspected of being infected with HIV (hereafter referred to as “pregnant/postpartum women suspected of infection”); and5. Other persons the reporting of whom is deemed required by the central competent authority.

本辦法所定應通報之對象如下：
一、感染人類免疫缺乏病毒而未發病者（以下稱未發病者）。
二、受人類免疫缺乏病毒感染之後天免疫缺乏症候群患者（以下稱發病者）。
三、出生月齡在十八月以下之嬰幼兒疑似感染人類免疫缺乏病毒者（以下稱嬰幼兒疑似感染者）。
四、孕產婦疑似感染人類免疫缺乏病毒者（以下稱孕產婦疑似感染者）。
五、其他經中央主管機關認為有必要通報者。
一、感染人類免疫缺乏病毒而未發病者（以下稱未發病者）。
二、受人類免疫缺乏病毒感染之後天免疫缺乏症候群患者（以下稱發病者）。
三、出生月齡在十八月以下之嬰幼兒疑似感染人類免疫缺乏病毒者（以下稱嬰幼兒疑似感染者）。
