Regulations Governing Collection and Review of Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund Article 9
For the review of claim applications for vaccine injury compensation, the central competent authority shall establish a Vaccine Injury Compensation Working Group (hereafter referred to as the “Working Group”). The missions of the Working Group are as follows:1. Review of vaccine injury compensation claims;2. Assessment of causality between vaccination and alleged injury;3. Determination of the amount of compensation for vaccine injury;4. Determination of other matters related to vaccine injury compensation.

中央主管機關為辦理預防接種受害救濟之審議，應設預防接種受害救濟審議小組（以下簡稱審議小組），其任務如下：
一、預防接種受害救濟申請案之審議。
二、預防接種與受害情形關聯性之鑑定。
三、預防接種受害救濟給付金額之審定。
四、其他與預防接種受害救濟之相關事項。
