Regulations Governing Collection and Review of Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund Article 22
For the vaccine injury compensation claim review operation, the central competent authority may commission or entrust other agencies (institutions) or organizations to perform the following tasks:1. Preparatory work for case review and notification of review result.2. Disbursement of compensation.3. Other matters relating to vaccine injury compensation operation.

中央主管機關為辦理預防接種受害救濟業務，得委任或委託其他機關（構）、團體辦理下列事項：
