Regulations Governing Management of Infectious Biological Materials Article 25

Laboratories and storage facilities shall establish emergency response procedures in accordance with the emergency response plan specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 9 herein.The laboratories and storage facilities mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall conduct an emergency response drill annually, and a field drill at least once every three years.
