Enforcement Rules of the Communicable Disease Control Act Article 6
The various food and beverages, animals, or animal remains likely to be vectors of communicable diseases mentioned in Article 23 of the Act, refer to those that are decided by competent authorities through investigations or laboratory testing likely to transmit diseases to humans.
