Communicable Disease Control Act Article 74

For persons who become injured, ill, physically or mentally impaired or die as result of the implementation of this Act for the control of Category 5 communicable diseases, competent authorities may at their discretion, subsidize various payments or education costs for their children; regulations governing payment items, criteria, qualifications for such application, the procedures thereof and other matters to be complied with shall be decided by the central competent authority.Funds mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be budgeted for payment by the competent authorities.
