During the period when the central epidemic command center is in operation, government organizations at various levels, in accordance with the instructions of the commander, may use public properties without being subject to the provisions outlined in Article 40 of the State Property Act and the related regulations on local public property management.Administrative organizations shall not refuse the request made by government organizations at various levels for using public properties when the request is made according to the provisions outlined in the preceding Paragraph; when necessary, upon approval from the administrative organizations, public properties may be used by government organizations at various levels prior to completing the loan procedures.
