Communicable Disease Control Act Article 25
Local competent authorities shall supervise the elimination of mosquitoes, flies, fleas, lice, rats, cockroaches, and other vectors.Owners, managers or users of public and private sites where breeding sources of the vectors mentioned in the preceding Paragraph are present shall, upon notification or announcement of the local competent authorities, voluntarily clean up such sites.

地方主管機關應督導撲滅蚊、蠅、蚤、蝨、鼠、蟑螂及其他病媒。
前項病媒孳生源之公、私場所，其所有人、管理人或使用人應依地方主管機關之通知或公告，主動清除之。
