Communicable Disease Control Act Article 11
The dignity and legal rights of patients with communicable diseases, medical personnel caring for such patients, patients under isolation care, home quarantine, group quarantine, and their families shall be respected and protected without any discrimination.Without the consent of the individuals mentioned in the preceding Paragraph, no recording, videotaping, or photographing may be permitted.

對於傳染病病人、施予照顧之醫事人員、接受隔離治療者、居家檢疫者、集中檢疫者及其家屬之人格、合法權益，應予尊重及保障，不得予以歧視。
