Regulations Governing Examination of High-Risk Groups and Specific Targets of Communicable Diseases Article 5
Targets and scopes of examination for syphilis are as follows:1.Persons at risk of vertically transmitting syphilis;2.Persons and their counterparts performing, with a profit-making intention, sexual intercourse or obscene acts with others;3.Inmates of correction institutions;4.Military draftees accepting examination for enlistment;5.Users or dealers of drugs;6.Other high-risk groups maintained by the central competent authority.

實施梅毒檢查之對象及範圍如下：
一、有梅毒垂直感染之虞者。
二、意圖營利與人為性交或猥褻之行為者及相對人。
三、矯正機關收容人。
四、接受徵兵檢查之役男。
五、施用或販賣毒品者。
六、其他經中央主管機關認定為高危險群者。
