Regulations Governing Collection of Quarantine Fees at Ports Article 9
Fees for sanitary quarantine of ships shall be calculated based on each entry into the country (border) and shall be collected according to the following standards:1. Fees for quarantine by review: NT$ 1,150 per ship for quarantine by review conducted via electronic communication; NT$1,050 per ship for quarantine by review conducted via the Single Window Service Platform of the port.2. On-board quarantine fees:1) Under 1,000 tons: NT$ 1,440 per ship;2) More than 1,000 tons up to 5,000 tons: NT$ 2,280 per ship for passenger ships; NT$1,800 per ship for other types of ships;3) More than 5,000 tons up to 10,000 tons: NT$3,000 per ship for passenger ships; NT$2,400 per ship for other types of ships;4) More than 10,000 tons up to 30,000 tons: NT$3,850 per ship for passenger ships; NT$3,000 per ship for other types of ships;5) More than 30,000 tons up to 50,000 tons: NT$5,300 per ship for passenger ships; NT$4,200 per ship for other types of ships; and6) More than 50,000 tons: NT$7,550 per ship for passenger ships; NT$6,000 per ship for other types of ships.Ships that meet any of the following conditions are exempt from sanitary quarantine fees:1. Yachts under 500 tons;2. Barges without power, provided that fees for their tugboats have already been collected in accordance with the preceding paragraph.

船舶衛生檢疫費，按船舶入國（境）每次計算；其收費基準如下：
一、審查檢疫費：以電子通訊審查檢疫，每艘新臺幣一千一百五十元；以航港單一窗口審查檢疫，每艘新臺幣一千零五十元。
二、登船檢疫費：
（一）一千噸位以下：每艘新臺幣一千四百四十元。
（二）超過一千至五千噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣二千二百八十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣一千八百元。
（三）超過五千至一萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣三千元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣二千四百元。
（四）超過一萬至三萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣三千八百五十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣三千元。
（五）超過三萬至五萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣五千三百元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣四千二百元。
（六）超過五萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣七千五百五十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣六千元。
船舶有下列情形之一者，免徵船舶衛生檢疫費：
一、遊艇：五百噸位以下者。
二、無動力駁船：其拖船，已依前項規定徵收費用者。
一、審查檢疫費：以電子通訊審查檢疫，每艘新臺幣一千一百五十元；以航港單一窗口審查檢疫，每艘新臺幣一千零五十元。
二、登船檢疫費：
（一）一千噸位以下：每艘新臺幣一千四百四十元。
（二）超過一千至五千噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣二千二百八十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣一千八百元。
（三）超過五千至一萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣三千元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣二千四百元。
（四）超過一萬至三萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣三千八百五十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣三千元。
（五）超過三萬至五萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣五千三百元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣四千二百元。
（六）超過五萬噸位：客船，每艘新臺幣七千五百五十元；其餘船舶，每艘新臺幣六千元。
船舶有下列情形之一者，免徵船舶衛生檢疫費：
一、遊艇：五百噸位以下者。
二、無動力駁船：其拖船，已依前項規定徵收費用者。
