Regulations Governing Collection of Quarantine Fees at Ports Article 6
Fees for a Ship Sanitation Control Certificate or Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate shall be calculated by the tonnage of the ship and collected according to the following standards:1. Under 1,000 tons: NT$ 3,600 per certificate;2. More than 1,000 tons up to 10,000 tons: NT$ 6,000 per certificate for passenger ships; NT$4,800 per certificate for other types of ships;3. More than 10,000 tons up to 50,000 tons: NT$ 7,550 per certificate for passenger ships; NT$6,000 per certificate for other types of ships; and4. More than 50,000 tons: NT$ 9,000 per certificate for passenger ships; NT$7,200 per certificate for other types of ships.

船舶衛生管制或免予衛生管制證明書費，以船舶噸位計算；其收費基準如下：
一、一千噸位以下：每張新臺幣三千六百元。
二、超過一千至一萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣六千元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣四千八百元。
三、超過一萬至五萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣七千五百五十元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣六千元。
四、超過五萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣九千元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣七千二百元。
一、一千噸位以下：每張新臺幣三千六百元。
二、超過一千至一萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣六千元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣四千八百元。
三、超過一萬至五萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣七千五百五十元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣六千元。
四、超過五萬噸位：客船，每張新臺幣九千元；其餘船舶，每張新臺幣七千二百元。
