Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 21
Quarantine authority, when performing quarantine measures, shall, upon actual needs, provide to personnel accepting medical examination, quarantine, isolation or other measures, with necessary food, drinking water, clothes, living quarters, communication means, medical care services or other appropriate assistance.
