Regulations Governing Needle-Syringe Services Article 6
The following services shall be offered in conjunction with needle-syringe services:1. Health education on the prevention of blood-borne infectious diseases, proper disposal of used needles and syringes, and other related matters;2. Service information or referrals on HIV testing, maintenance therapy, drug rehabilitation, medical care, employment and other related matters; and3. Other matters designated by the competent authorities.

提供針具服務時，應同時辦理下列服務：
一、實施衛生教育：預防血液傳染病、避免隨意丟棄廢棄針具及其他相關事項。
二、提供服務資訊或轉介：人類免疫缺乏病毒之檢驗、維持治療、戒毒、醫療、就業及其他相關事項。
三、其他主管機關指定辦理之事項。
