Regulations Governing the Operational Procedures and Compensation for Designation and Expropriation for the Establishment of Quarantine and Isolation Site and Requisition of Related Personnel Article 11
Applications for compensation for designation, expropriation, requisition or quarantine shall be made to the establishing organizations by the following regulations.1. Medical institutions or public places: the person-in-charge fills in the application form and submits it together with certificates of loss or other information sufficient to prove losses;2. Personnel: person concerned or their legal heir fills in the application form and submits it together with relevant certificates and documents;3. Persons accepting quarantine: fill in the application form and submit it together with quarantine notice or relevant documents within six months after accepting quarantine.

受指定、徵用、徵調或接受檢疫者，應依下列規定，向設立機關申請補償：
一、醫療機構或公共場所：由負責人填具申請書，並檢附損失證明或其他足資證明損失等資料。
二、人員：由本人或法定繼承人填具申請書，並檢附相關證明文件、單據等資料。
三、接受檢疫者：填具申請書，並檢附檢疫通知書或相關證明文件，於接受檢疫事實發生後六個月內，提出申請。
