Competent authorities at various levels or other organizations (institutions), schools, groups, when accepting for processing appeals, shall invite the party concerned and relevant professional personnel, representatives of the patient rights protection groups to review the appeals in an objective, independent and fair manner. In the review mentioned in the preceding Paragraph, the infected shall remain anonymous.

各級主管機關或其他機關（構）、學校、團體受理申訴案件時，應邀集雙方當事人及相關專業人士、感染者權益保障團體代表，以客觀、獨立及公正之方式審議之。
