Prescriptions of laboratory testing and antiretroviral medications subsidized by this set of Regulations shall be in accordance with the regulations formulated by the central competent authority.The subsidies baselines for Paragraph 3 of Article 5 are as follows:1. By The National Health Insurance Medical Service Items and Fee Schedule.2. By The National Health Insurance Pharmaceutical Benefits and Reimbursement Schedule.3. By the items and fee schedules formulated by the central competent authority.

依本辦法補助之抗人類免疫缺乏病毒檢驗及藥物，其處方應依中央主管機關之規定。
第五條第三項補助之支付基準如下：
一、依全民健康保險醫療服務給付項目及支付標準。
二、依全民健康保險藥物給付項目及支付標準。
三、依中央主管機關訂定之支付品項及價格。
