An assistant dentist shall, in the course of practice, prepare logs and registers to record the name, age, occupation, and address of patients as well as the types of dental restoration and prosthetic work.The logs and registers set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be retained for ten years.

鑲牙生執行業務時，應備簿冊，記載病人姓名、年齡、職業、住址及鑲、補牙之種類。
