Mental Health Act Article 49
The local competent authority shall integrate its subordinate health, police, firefighting, and other relevant departments and establish a 24-hour emergency psychiatric disposition mechanism within its jurisdiction to deal with the matters specified in the preceding Article.The regulation governing the disposition mechanism, personnel, procedure, entrustment, and other matters specified in the preceding Paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

地方主管機關應整合所屬衛生、警察、消防及其他相關機關，於轄區內建置二十四小時緊急精神醫療處置機制，處理前條所定事項。
前項處置機制、人員、流程、委託及其他事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
