Mental Health Act Article 18
In order to handle the relevant matters stipulated in this Act, the central and local competent authorities shall appoint full-time personnel, and the various industry competent authorities shall assign dedicated personnel. The number of personnel shall be adjusted according to business increase or decrease.If the local competent authorities have difficulties funding the business referred to in the preceding Paragraph, the central government shall provide subsidies, and the subsidized funds shall be utilized for this purpose.

為辦理本法規定相關事宜，中央及地方主管機關，應置專任人員，各目的事業主管機關應置專責人員；其人數應依業務增減而調整之。
辦理前項業務所需經費，地方主管機關財政確有困難者，由中央政府補助，並應專款專用。
