Regulations Governing Management of Designated Psychiatric Care Institutions Article 15
Where a Designated Physician loses his/her qualification as a psychiatrist, the qualification of the designation shall become invalid.Where a Designated Physician seriously violates the Act or other laws or regulations related to medical affairs, the Local Competent Authority may revoke the designation.
