Regulations Governing Management of Designated Psychiatric Care Institutions Article 12
The procedures for conducting continuing education courses are as follows:1. The Organizers shall submit information on the course title, hours, content, the academic credentials and experience of the lecturers, and other specified documents and materials to the central competent authority for review and recognition application thirty (30) days prior to a course being conducted.2. Within seven (7) days of offering a continuing education course, the Organizers shall submit the list of participants and the effectiveness evaluation results to the Taiwan Society of Psychiatry and to the Local Competent Authorities where the participants reside for record. Only after completing this process may the Organizers issue certificates of course hours.3. Upon receiving the materials referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Local Competent Authority shall upload the information into the information management system established by the central competent authority.Where the Organizers fail to comply with the procedures in the preceding paragraph, the Local Competent Authority shall not recognize the certificates of course hours issued.

辦理繼續教育訓練課程之作業程序如下：
一、辦理機構應於辦理三十日前，檢具課程名稱、時數、內容、講師學、經歷及其他指定之文件、資料，向中央主管機關申請審查認定。
二、繼續教育辦理完成後七日內，應將完成訓練人員名冊及成效評估結果，送台灣精神醫學會及受訓人員所在地地方主管機關備查，辦理機構始得發給時數證明。
三、地方主管機關收到前款備查資料後，應至中央主管機關建置之資訊管理系統完成登載。
辦理機構未依前項程序辦理者，地方主管機關不得採認其時數證明。
