Regulations on Physical and Psychological Treatment, Counseling, and Education for Sex Offenders Article 3
The contents of physical and psychological treatment, counseling, and education specified in the Act are as follows:1. Physical and psychological treatment: psychiatric, psychotherapy, or other necessary treatment;2. Counseling: psychological, behavioral adjustment, or other necessary counseling; and3. Education: cognitive, special, or other necessary education.The physical and psychological treatment, counseling, and education mentioned in the preceding Paragraph may be implemented together.

本法所定身心治療、輔導或教育，其內容如下：
一、身心治療：精神治療、心理治療或其他必要之治療。

前項身心治療、輔導或教育，得合併執行。
