Dental Technicians Act Article 37
A dental technician or an assistant dental technician who continues to practice after being ordered to suspend practice shall have his or her practice license annulled. Where the dental technician or the assistant dental technician continues to practice after having his or her practice license annulled, his or her dental technician certificate or assistant dental technician certificate shall be annulled.
