Dental Technicians Act Article 22
A dental laboratory shall not use the following names:1. A name that has been registered and used by another dental laboratory in the same municipality or county (city).2. A name identical or similar to that used by a dental laboratory in the same municipality or county (city) that has had its business license annulled less than one year ago or has been ordered to suspend its business.3. A name that tends to give people the wrong impression that it is associated with a government agency or a public interest organization, or a name that is against public order or social decency.

牙體技術所不得使用下列名稱：
一、在同一直轄市或縣（市）區域內，他人已登記使用之牙體技術所名稱。
二、在同一直轄市或縣（市）區域內，與被廢止開業執照未滿一年或受停業處分之牙體技術所相同或類似之名稱。
三、易使人誤認其與政府機關、公益團體有關或有妨害公共秩序或善良風俗之名稱。
