Optometric Personnel Act Article 38
Optician associations violating the laws and regulations or Articles of Association shall be subject to the following penalties sanctioned by the competent authority in charge of civil organizations:1. Warning.2. Revoking its resolution.3. Removing its directors or supervisors.4. Rectification by a deadline.Items 1 and 2 of the above-mentioned penalties may be imposed by the competent authority.

驗光師公會有違反法令、章程者，人民團體主管機關得為下列處分：
一、警告。
二、撤銷其決議。
三、撤免其理事、監事。
四、限期整理。
前項第一款、第二款處分，亦得由主管機關為之。
