Articles of Association of all optician associations shall explicitly state the following:1. Name, district, and location of the association office2. Vision, organization, and mission3. Membership application and dismissal4. The membership fee to be paid by members and the terms of payment5. Selection method for members’ representatives and their tenure6. Numbers of directors and supervisors, the scope of their authority, tenure, appointment, and dismissal7. Rules of procedure for the general members’ (member representatives’) meetings and the meetings of the board of directors and board of supervisors8. Code of professional ethics and conventions to be observed by members9. Budget and accounting10. Amendments of the Articles of Association11. Other necessary matters stipulated by laws and regulations or required in the process of handling the association’s affairs

各級驗光師公會之章程應載明下列事項：
一、名稱、區域及會所所在地。
二、宗旨、組織及任務。
三、會員之入會或出會。
四、會員應納之會費及繳納期限。
五、會員代表之產生及其任期。
六、理事、監事名額、權限、任期及其選任、解任。
七、會員（會員代表）大會及理事會、監事會會議之規定。
八、會員應遵守之專業倫理規範與公約。
九、經費及會計。
十、章程之修改。
十一、其他依法令規定應載明或處理會務之必要事項。
