Optician associations shall hold a general members’ (member representatives’) meeting once a year, and interim general meetings may be held when necessary.When members of an optician association exceed 300, regional chapters may be established according to the provision of the Articles of Association on the basis of the members’ distribution, and members’ representatives may be elected based on the number of members in each region. General member representatives’ meetings shall be held to perform the duties of general members’ meetings.

驗光師公會每年召開會員（會員代表）大會一次，必要時得召集臨時大會。
驗光師公會會員人數超過三百人以上時，得依章程之規定就會員分布狀況劃定區域，按其會員人數比率選出代表，召開會員代表大會，行使會員大會之職權。
