Hearing Specialists Act Article 55
Where a hearing specialists association violates any law or its charter, the competent authorities of civil organizations may render the follows dispositions: 1. Warning;2. Revocation of resolution;3. Discharge of director and/or supervisor; and 4. Rectification within a prescribed time limit. The dispositions in Subparagraph 1 and Subparagraph 2 in the preceding paragraph may also be rendered by competent authorities.

聽力師公會有違反法令、章程者，人民團體主管機關得為下列處分：
一、警告。
二、撤銷其決議。
三、撤免其理事、監事。
四、限期整理。
前項第一款、第二款處分，亦得由主管機關為之。
