Hearing Specialists Act Article 23
The fee schedules of hearing clinics are subject to the approval of the municipality or county (city) authority. Hearing clinics shall issue receipts that indicate the charge items and amounts charged.Hearing clinics shall not overcharge or determine charge items at their own discretion in violation of the fee schedule.
