Hearing Specialists Act Article 10
In case of suspension or cessation of practice, a hearing specialist shall report to the original competent authority that issued the practice license for reference within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of fact.The suspension of practice mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to one year. A hearing specialist shall report cessation of practice if he or she has suspended practice for more than one year.The provisions for the practice of hearing specialist shall apply mutatis mutandis to hearing specialists who change place of practice or resume practice.Upon death of a hearing specialist, the original competent authority that issued the practice license shall annul the license of the deceased hearing specialist.

聽力師停業或歇業時，應自事實發生之日起三十日內，報請原發執業執照機關備查。
前項停業期間，以一年為限；逾一年者，應辦理歇業。
聽力師變更執業處所或復業者，準用關於執業之規定。
聽力師死亡者，由原發執業執照機關註銷其執業執照。
