Pharmacists Act Article 11
Pharmacists shall practice at only one location, and shall practice at a medical care institution approved by and registered with the local competent authority, a legal place of practice or any other institution approved by the competent authority. However, pharmacists who practice at a medical care institution or pharmacy may engage in professional practices at places other than their place of practice if they meet any of the following criteria and have obtained prior permission:1. Drug addiction treatment or communicable disease prevention and control services;2. Volunteer medical consultation or mobile medical services;3. Functions related to pharmaceutical care;4. Practice of dispensations in correctional institutions or remote areas without pharmaceutical personnel as announced by the central competent authority;5. Public welfare or urgent needs as recognized by the central competent authority.The regulations for engaging in practice due to the proviso set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be established by the central competent authority.

藥師執業以一處為限，並應在所在地主管機關核准登記之醫療機構、依法規定之執業處所或其他經主管機關認可之機構為之。
但於醫療機構、藥局執業者，有下列情形之一，並經事先報准，得於執業處所外執行業務：
一、藥癮治療或傳染病防治服務。
二、義診或巡迴醫療服務。
三、藥事照護相關業務。
四、於矯正機關及經中央主管機關公告之無藥事人員執業之偏遠地區，執行調劑業務。
五、其他經中央主管機關認定之公益或緊急需要。
前項但書執行業務之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
但於醫療機構、藥局執業者，有下列情形之一，並經事先報准，得於執業處所外執行業務：
一、藥癮治療或傳染病防治服務。
二、義診或巡迴醫療服務。
三、藥事照護相關業務。
四、於矯正機關及經中央主管機關公告之無藥事人員執業之偏遠地區，執行調劑業務。
五、其他經中央主管機關認定之公益或緊急需要。
