Teaching hospitals shall draft a training plan, to conduct the training and continuing education of physicians and other medical personnel, and shall accept students of medical universities and colleges for practical clinical training and internship.The number of physicians, medical personnel, and students of medical universities and colleges referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be in accordance with the approved training capacity.

教學醫院應擬具訓練計畫，辦理醫師及其他醫事人員訓練及繼續教育，並接受醫學院、校學生臨床見習、實習。
前項辦理醫師與其他醫事人員訓練及接受醫學院、校學生臨床見習、實習之人數，應依核定訓練容量為之。
